Given the organisational costs and other fixed costs (such as the guide's fee), we work with an ideal and minimum number of 15 to 20 people. The price includes a general organisational cost, which will be redistributed if there are fewer participants.

Of course. We have some easy walks ans more active city games. A mixed group? We will develop a nice tailor-made programme so that everybody will enjoy.

Would you prefer a short, leisurely walk of 4 to 5 kilometres, or would you like something a little more challenging? We always take the composition of the group into account and tailor our approach to each request. Is anyone in the group less mobile? If so, we can arrange a modified route or a shuttle service, for example.

Discover Belgium wants to surprise you ! We work with an extensive network of quality and well selected partners. When drawing up the programme, the customer can give a preference to a certain restaurant, but we have to take into account the availability of the restaurants, the size of the groups, ...  

In any case, the group leader will receive the full programme in advance, including the names of the restaurants and the menu.

Of course. We simply ask to inform us as soon as possible so that we can inform our culinary partners on time.

We would not be real Belgians if we would not speak several languages.

Our guides speak fluently Dutch, French, English, German and Spanish. Our Discover Belgium event managers can serve you in Dutch, French or English.  

Of course! We are a full service destination management company. In combination with an event, we will be glad to offer you accommodation and transportation facilities, transfer and meeting rooms.

Good idea! We can deliver a suitable gift as a souvenir for each participant. We would suggest typical local products linked to the activity. A tasty city game in Brussels? A bag of traditional cookies, Belgian pralines (of a famous chocolatier), a bottle of a Brussels aperitif, an original magnet of Manneken Pis or the Grand place, a gift basket with Belgian beers, a gift basket with local products,…

After receiving a signed confirmation of your booking, we will ask you to make an advance payment of minimum €500 to the following account number: IBAN : BE95 7310 4609 3058 - BIC KREDBEB. After receiving this payment, the reservation will be considered final and reservations with our partners will be made.

10 days before the event takes place, we will ask you to confirm the definitive amount of participants. Based on this amount, an invoice will be drawn up.

One week before the event, the final payment should be made on the same account number.

Following cancellation costs are applicable:

• Until 1 month before the event/course: cancellation charge of 10%* with a minimum of €500
• Between 1 month and 2 weeks before the event/course: cancellation charge of 50%*
• Between 2 weeks and 3 working days  before the event/course: cancellation charge of 75%*
• Between 2 working days and no show on the day of the event: cancellation charge of 100%*

*based on the formerly agreed number of participants.

Events can usually be organised according to your time schedule. But of course we have to take the availabilities of our partners and/or guides into account. Events in the city that include appetisers can only be organised during the day, and often not on a Sunday. Our food tours and city games can be organised at noon as well as in the evenings, if the opening hours of the restaurants allow it.

The cities we offer have been carefully selected by our team and are spread throughout Belgium. In each city, we work with official guides and have screened the restaurants and workshop options in advance. That is why we would like to stick to our selected cities as much as possible.
